Getting Started

Once you have your event date, venue and catering booked, contact us on the inquire page. Your venue will be a huge factor in determining what pieces will be right for you. Of course the date is also important so we can make sure that we’re available for your big day. Having a clear idea of the menu you will be serving your guests, or type of dining experience (buffet, family-style, plated dinner) will also greatly streamline the process. 

Budget

We like to collaborate with our clients to create unique and memorable tabletops. Following an initial conversation, we will send you a custom proposal based on your needs. Our place setting rentals are also priced in packages which do not include table styling. Linens and extras are priced individually. Breakage will be charged at the replacement cost of the item.  There is a $250 minimum on all rental orders.  50% deposit is due at time of booking. Table styling is charged at $100/hr.

Selection

Unlike other rental companies, our collection consists of only the highest quality brands including Limoges, Wedgewood, Spode and Noritake. Due to the size and location of our inventory, we cannot accommodate client selection of specific patterns. But, you can be rest assured that each piece lucky enough to be included in our collection has been hand-picked with careful consideration. You are also welcome to visit our Litchfield showroom by appointment.  

Rental Period & Location

Our standard rental period is 48- 72 hours and commences at delivery or pick-up and concludes with pick-up one to two days after your event.. For a Saturday event, typically items are delivered Friday and picked-up Sunday or Monday. 

Delivery within Litchfield County is included in the rental cost.  Additional locations will be considered and could include a delivery fee.

Cleaning

Cleaning is included in our rental rate. All dishes, glasses and flatware come to you clean and ready to use. We hand wash all of our items with extra care to preserve the integrity of each piece. To avoid a cleaning fee, we ask that all dishes, glassware and flatware are lightly rinsed of all liquid or food particles but not washed. An additional cleaning fee charge of 30% of the item's rental rate will be assessed for non-compliance. 

Reservations

As our entire collection is filled with beautiful one-of-a-kind pieces, we recommend reserving everything as early as possible once you have your venue booked. Up to 2 months and as long as 12 months before your event date is the perfect time to have everything booked with us. However, if you have last minute requests or changes, we’ll do our best to get you what you need to make your event memorable and stress-free! 

FEES

While we specialize in custom rentals, we do offer pricing by place setting and per piece.  Table linens and extras are priced by request.
